question of a newbie

Hello to everyone,

I'm new in this game and i want to ask 2 questions.

1) While I'm exploring the surroundings, and I find a dungeon that the cell belongs to someone else, is it an agressive move to go and explore that dungeon?
2) I am stuck at some places. I don't find the items I need or how to proccedd with a certain puzzle. Is this level related or is it because I did not observe something? I allready read some answers in the forum, but sometimes I  don't have access to the answers i got. Is it because of my level?

In answer to your questions

1. The dungeon that you see is personal to you. The player whose domain it is in can't see that dungeon as they can only see theirs. So you can explore the dungeon that you see without any fear of being aggressive to your neighbour.
2. As you progress through the game, you will find items that will help with getting past obstructions. This can be to do with hero experience but also where you have been to
