Is totem tribe 2 planned to have random mechanisms, like percentage to miss enemy units, percentage to do critical hits etc ? Other games do this and it's usually a cheap way to add gameplay, say, in starcraft 2 a unit which does "6" damage per second really does 6 damage each second and it doesn't make the game boring anyway. Without randomness, upgrades that improve units are just like "units do 20% more damage" instead of "increase by 20% chances of critical hit".
