No one knows. To be clear: those of us who are testing the game are finding lots of bugs to be fixed, which Enkord are still working on. We've also not tested *all* of the gameplay but only some of it, which means they'll be releasing updates (presumably) which will probably contain more bugs that will take more time to fix.

In other words, it likely won't be in a week...

That said, I totally understand how much you want it to hurry up and release; I was the same way for the past couple of years. Still am, because the game as it is now is 'unfinished'.

People are really just excited for this game to be launched in my opinion. Any estimated time frame that could be given perhaps?

I agree, but it's unrealistic to ask for a timeframe. Since they don't plan to have bugs (on purpose) the discovery of them is problematic; you can't calculate beforehand what the bug will be, how long it will take to fix it, whether the fixes actually work or introduce more problems, or how many bugs there will be. Some bugs can be easy to fix, some will require lots of work. If they are all easy, then the game is completed sooner. If they are all hard, then the game takes longer.

Asking for a timeframe is a bit like expecting them to be psychic. They may decide to have an internal deadline but as Berserker has kept us guessing for a couple of years as to when the *alpha* release would be, I don't think they are keen on having a definitive deadline for actual release because if they miss it they will disappoint a lot of people.

It's fair to be excited and impatient, but it's good to remember that they have no way of knowing themselves how long bug fixing will take - and are therefore not actually in a position to offer a clear timeline anyway.

Really looking forward to this game going live : ) Just wondering, do i still have time to donate and if so would that give me immediate access to the beta? Thanks in advance for any info

Donating is surely helps in that regard, but it's not a guarantee. The number of testers at this early stage is limited and we cannot invite more people than we can handle. We definitely have more donators that we can invite in the next alpha stage, so unfortunately I will have to invite only part of them - specificaly half will be people who donated top amounts and another half will be people who were waiting the longest time. Plus we need to invite veteran players from our other online game for alternative opinion.

Although I have to warn you - while test version might be fun, it's still not intended to be played like a normal game - there are loads of bugs and unfinished stuff, so unless you want to see the game shaping up from the very beginning in front of your eyes helping us finding bugs and making the game better I think it is better to wait until later. The game will be much more fun later on.

I disagree with that being less fun. I’ve done it for some other games too and I think it’s awesome to test and see the game grow

True, that might be fun for some people too, but it's different type of fun as opposed to just playing the game.

I am a donor, repeat player and obviously registered....will we get an email telling us of the actual release date?

If you are talking about invite to alpha version, then yes, we will send the invite via e-mail too.

If you are talking about actual release date like when the game will be bug-free and ready for a general public then I am afraid it is too early to tell. Sure, we will send out emails to everyone when the game will be ready for the prime time, but the game will spend quite some time in alpha, then in beta stage, before hitting release.

We will post about it in news and send out emails for sure.
