Request to testers: Fighting Monsters

1 2 3 4

lvl 31, health 550, attack 170, armor 70, army attack 32%, army health 73%

3 big and 5 small muscards

lost hunter 3, brave 2, legion. 3, horseman 1, rest were ok

4 big and 4 small muscards lost ALL and 2 big muscards are still there

It is kind of strange, that one big muscard can make so much difference. Maybe the second nest of muscard was still from the update yesterday and before today's update?

Today we have fixed the monster strength, they should be less powerful now.

Ok, looks that monster changes didn't make it into today's update, have to wait until next one.

lvl 31, health 550, attach 170, armour 70, army attack 32%, army health 73%

the numbers after the units are the before and after

dendrogs, 3 big, 3 medium, 3 small, //1 big 3 medium, 4 small, // finally 2 remaining muscards from yesterday

hero 1 1 1 0

brave 1 1 1 0

legion. 2 1 1 0

pretor. 4 3 3 0

centur. 4 3 3 0

greek fire 3 3 3 0

When you update the strength of the monsters, could you get rid of the old ones, because I still have loads of the first batch in several towns?

Can’t even kill pairs of these monsters at 400 (everyone dies) and have monsters with 500, 600 and 1000 strength in my towns.  Can you at least make them beatable after a good fight? LOL

Here are my reports ! Some deads, but the ennemies are deadier this time, niark :p

My hero is still the same as first report. These past days, I've worked on upgrading my army !

Reports for SpiderVille: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

Reports for Neverland: 1- 2 - 3 - 4

Would you like some tries with a smaller army or with non upgraded infantry ?

That's representative enough, thanks. I would prefer reports from other players with other hero levels.

My heroes are lvl 17, lvl 27, lvl 28. Results of all heroes are always the same. No matter the troops that I employ in the battle, the worms and birdhouses (hp 900 & 1200) are difficult to say the least. Mushrooms of course are easy, dendrogs are manageable - I usually get through those battles without harm to anybody. I can usually beat a few of the weaker birdhouses and worms, but ultimately lose the battle against the stronger one(s). What ultimately occurs is there is one or two monsters left out of a bunch of 5, 6 or 8 and I continue to go back and try to beat them one at a time.

My battles do include battering rams, greek fire, and catapults, stone age and classic age fighters. I send as many as I can, because I can. The first to go are braves, centurions and praetorians. They seem relatively weak. In tougher battles I usually lose one or two rams, catapults, and horsemen. In a losing battle, archers and legionnaires are last to go, they are apparently the strongest in this type of battle, archers stand away from the monsters and simply send their arrows. My reports show these two do most of the fighting while others do most of the dying :). Greek fire does not throw a strong punch (1.36 -1.50) but  this is to be expected because it is meant for another type of target. I leave my sages home.

This is my battle report from 1 battle - 2 medium worms

I have excluded from the battle all animals in order to have a more precise picture.

I have a question that seems important to me - I have sent in battle a significant army. If I send an army a little bigger than my losses in battle are (not the whole army), will this make a difference as a result , i.e. will my losses be more. This seems stupid question at first glance, but I don't know the mechanics of the game.

Ofcourse the bigger army is, the easier it would win and the lesser your losses would be.

And one more question - if this is not the place, I can open a new thread in forum - if I calculate the HP's of my army and hero, and they are more than the HP's of a group of monsters, does this mean that I can win the battle (I understand that this is a very rough estimate and there are other factors that can affect the result)

I have only used Mina-lvl 31 and Menolly lvl31--Both have killed mushroom men alone and dendrogs alone.  Worms took out Mina, legionnaires 2-out of 4 , spies-only left 2 out of 7 and 2 rams.
