Requiring dev's help

First of all an apology : i dont usually have these kind of problems, but today i changed my PC and when i tried to enter the game after downloading it i was asked my secret question. The problem is that i think there has been an error, as i'm asked for my childhood hero when im rather sure that wasn't my question. Now i cant access my game even though i know the password. Could you guys help me please? Thanks for any help

I'm sorry for being so tiring, but are you completelly sure there hasn't been an error? the game is not accepting my name and i find it strange that im asked that particular question, as i remind writing an awnser to another question. Just to be sure could you tell me if it's me the one who's failing?

PD: You really need to add this info in some kind of e-mail, the pasword and awnser. And there has to be an option to attach a telephone after registration. Unless i magically find the awnser to my secret question i cant enter the game anymore with my account...

Chao, try picking one secret answer and using it for all your accounts that have secret questions. I makes life much easier.
