Resource bar for trades - Can it become a place to type in instead of a bar?

Please forgive me if this has been covered already, but I think it would be nice if instead of the slide bar to select the amount of resources for trading or sending to another town there was a place to type in the amount you want to send.  When I have a limit of how much I can send, it would be really nice to be able to just put in that amount instead of arrowing up and down on the bar to get the correct amount.  Thank you, developers, for your response!

If I am reading this request correctly, I believe you can highlight the 0000 amount - then backspace - and enter whatever you want. I have always done it that way.

You can type in the amount. just click in the number place and type or tab through and type
