Server updating for over 5 hours. Normal or is there a problem ?

Team told not being able to log in because of server update. 

Still impossible, right now. 

Does anybody has same trouble ?

Same for me on browser version as well as another player playing solo on browser...unable to get into game due to server update on browser

I can log in from the launcher installed on my computer at home, but can not enter the game from either Browser or Phone version, this has gone now for around 6~7 hours, I tried to quickly log in just to set another research, but could not, lost around 5 hours of research due to it, only managed to get back to the game during my lunch break, when I logged on my computer at home... :P

Same problem here. I was able to play around 8 AM, but when I tried to play again around 11 AM, nothing. I hope some form of compensation will be possible for this inconvenience (especially considering the time wasted searching...).
