small screen

Cargil	Hi, I have been playing on a large computer screen and that is great. Just bought a small 10 inch windows tablet for when I travel and it is working , the only problem is the screen is so small, only see a small part of it and I have to scroll a lot, plus it is very slow. i wondered if there is an optimal resolution or setting for a small screen?
