I have the same problem as Tara. I find lots of bananas, and all sort of nuts, rotten meat, normal meat etc. But no eggs. The first time I looked around in my new town, I saw some cabbage, but I don't have the right tool. Now, for days the cabbage is gone...
What's the use of having those animals around, when you don't get the possibility to do something with them, and instead you find only food for animals which are not in your town?
