TECH - finished dates different

Did I miss a message, or is it a bug? Because if so, I'll make a bug report.

Yesterday before the crash I had taken off several hours of the tech being completed at both countries. This evening however (20:45 hrs.):

Country 1 was supposed to be finished 01.jan.16, 23,39 -> now: 02.jan.16 03.41

Country 2 was supposed to be finished 03.jan.16, 10:29 -> now: 03.jan.16 18:11!

Today when I looked how much time I had gained after building plates in one country / receiving lightbulbs in another I had to come to the conclusion that I had not gained time, in fact I had lost time. In one town more than a day more, in the other (even after several lightbulbs) more than 4 hours.

When the server crashes like it did last night all game timers come to a stop and nothing progresses in the game.  No resources are produced, no armies move, no buildings are built, no timer moves for the wheel and no research is done.  So, you lost research time because it was not being done.  :-)
