Text commands

I have seen that there are certain text commands that can be used within the game to ask a member to join an alliance, when you can't "see" them on the world map, for example.  Where would I find a glossary (if you will) of text commands such as that?

I have read pretty much all of the forum threads pertaining to the game and did not see anything like that.  Does one exist?

If you can see their name on chat you can call up their hero and then you can bring any of their heros active by right clicking on them. Then you can invite to alliance.

We haven't had to use the command line for this for quite awhile.
