i have noticed that you can upgrade the camp on a avdenture map, you only waste resources when you build it or it does something? |

There may be a time when you want to keep people there and then you would want to store food for them there so they stay there. At that point a larger camp is useful |

so i suppose it augments the storage in the zone where it is, am i right?

It increases the storage of the camp say at opposition but once resources are there they can only be used there. Before working shelters we would hide our settlers at hideout or opposition so we would upgrade camp to keep lots of food there so they wouldn't come home when they got hungry |
