Hello, I tried to launch the game today. But my antivirus (AVG) program said that it contains a idp.generic virus. So the game.exe is put in quarantaine.
Do I have to worry or is it a false alarm? Edit: Sorry, all is well again. AVG had an update, I had to restart my pc and could launch the game again.

Game launches but it is stuck at "please wait...loading". It never loads. How do I fix this?

It way take a while, especially on old PCs. Have you tried to wait longer? Also try to disable antivirus temporarily to see if it helps. |

What's the fix for this on mobile? I haven't been able to log in for over an hour, keep getting "cannot connect to server, check internet connection", it's not my internet connection, everything else is playing fine, my connection is fine. Did someone just do a big attack and crash the game again? I've restarted my phone, cleared the game cache, I have no idea how to run the game as an administrator on mobile, soooooooo 🤷 A little help for mobile users in this thread would be helpful :/ |
