Now as most of you had chance to try it out what do you think about it's usefulness? I am not talking about interface or how easy it was to give it to someone, I am talking above perceived value of the resources inside. How useful was that? Very useful/moderately useful/not so useful/useless, etc. What do you think about this feature overall?

Having recieved many thank you packages. I love them. They are very useful as long as your warehouse is empty.

They are very useful, especially when trying to retrain your army and you need resources quickly.

I think they're great and very useful when resources are low.

I forgot to mention it's also nice to be able to give thank you packages to people who keep supplying resources and/or reinforcements.

They are very useful. I love them. It really is a very nice surprise to receive one. The contents can make a difference when warehouses are low on supplies. I also enjoy giving them away to friends.

I like them also ... because of their usefulness and because they are a great opportunity to thank a friend for help... It is nice to have something to send, and it is nice to receive as well. :)

I think the time between using Thank You Packages should be unlimited or at least lessened :) We really don't receive a lot of them anyway, so I don't believe it would give any kind of unfair advantage to shorten the time between uses.

Found my welcome package to be a great help and each time i've donated the free gift you get then is equally good and both are very useful, so thank you.

Are you trying to open the package you are supposed to give away? Or did someone send you one? One thank you package you get when you have asked for help 10 times. You are supposed to give it to someone. If someone gave you a package it can be opened by picking it up and putting it in swirling box

Hi - I've received several TY packages from others and find them useful, especially when running short of resources. I wonder how you get the give-away packages in the first place though... it's said earlier that if you ask for help 10 times it appears. I'm sure I've asked for help more than 10 times, and never got one to give away. Am I missing something? Thanks

you have to not only ask for help 10 times, but be given help 10 times

I enjoy the thank you packages very much, especially when I am not expecting them! I have no problem helping others (if I have enough res) so, when I get one..it really helps!

what is this swirling box you speak of??when I used them in the past, i just dropped in right in town... it's not letting me drop it for some reason right now and also the previous one i received. //sadface But in relation to the above topic question of usefulness. ... when I was able to open them before, they were indeed very useful! I like that we get a little appreciation for helping others =D

when you pick an item up in your inventory the box where the hero flag normally is swirls, this is where you should place items to use them

I appreciate receiving the thank you packages and I don't mind helping others so I get them often. I also am happy to send them to others. I have found the resources useful especially when my resources are low.
