Well, if you think about it, edge flowers cells dont form a square, they arent completely surrounded by roads. if you add this tip you should add an advice like "it should be noted that, for edges flowers, the soil around the garden is NOT considered as a road, so corner islands can be formed"

Actually I don't think the screenshot above contradicts savipats' rule "there can be only one route from any road cell to any other distant road cell"

But this is not true either as there are times when many flowers are fully circled by roads. I have seen this same thing in the middle of an edge. I will find a better example

This rule does hold right in this garden, however, even with it, both A and B have a 50 % chance of being a flower or a road:  http://imgur.com/wypKY7u

Pd; the other cell WILL be a flower.

Pd 2; What im trying to say with this is that, even if this rule is true, it does not erase luck based decisions from the farden completelly

No, it does not, although reduces the number of them.

ok: I can ensure you that in a random completed puzzle, like the following, if you choose two of the letters, any combination, there is only one way to conect them. This is not only limmited to those letters, but to any road tiles you want to choose. As this is not limited just to this specific puzzle, i think we can say "In a completed puzzle, all the roads are conected to each other by only one path". This is the same as saying "in a completed puzzle, there cant be a flower group completelly surrounded by roads, taking expansion soil as non road" or saying "In a completed garden there cant be a closed perimether made of roads, be it square, rectangular or irregular" or any other way of saying that your head can think of
